About the Role

As a Flex Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring smooth event execution on the Event Cadence platform. Your core responsibilities will include customer support, event configuration, and documentation. Core Responsibilities

  • Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as a main point of contact for clients, helping them navigate the platform and resolve any technical issues that arise during event planning and execution.
  • Event Configuration & Onboarding: Assist clients in setting up events, configuring the platform to meet their needs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, event configurations, and resolutions. Assist in generating reports that track performance and provide valuable insights.
  • Platform & Process Improvement: Work closely with your team to identify opportunities for improvement, whether that’s streamlining workflows, enhancing platform features, or automating repetitive tasks.
  • Customer Education: Develop training materials and provide hands-on guidance to clients, helping them fully understand how to use Event Cadence’s features to their advantage.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with other teams, such as product and marketing, to ensure client needs are met and to help deliver exceptional event experiences.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work Central Time (US) or Central European Summer Time (CEST)
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Customer Success experience or working in SaaS is a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, web-based platforms, and tech tools such as Asana, Hubspot etc.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results
  • Open to feedback and committed to growing in the role
