With the new year in full swing, we wanted to show you what we’ve been cooking up for the on-site experience, onboarding improvements, personalized travel, & more.

Event Attendee Check-In — 🎥 (1:24)

We know how important check-ins are for the onsite experience, so we’ve made the process even easier. We now support event check-in by your event team on web or app. Also, coming soon, you will have the ability for session check-ins as well. Plus we’ve introduced post-event and live event reporting, so your team can measure ROI effectively.

QR Codes for Onsite Engagement — 🎥 (7:08)

Link out to menu items, specific content, competitions, & more with the handy-dandy scannable QR codes. More interactions. More engagement. What’s not to love?

Personalized Travel — 🎥 (11:10)

One of the biggest pain points for onsite events is travel logistics, and that’s why we’ve started to process for a Personalized Travel feature. You can expect editable home tiles that link out to flights, hotel confirmation, etc. Right now, this feature is in Beta, but we hope to roll it out to everyone soon.

Event Onboarding — 🎥 (15:25)

Customize your event onboarding prompts by including a welcome message and video, terms & conditions, opt-in activities, etc.

Events – Custom Fields — 🎥 (20:00)

Now you can categorize your events by the fields that make sense for you. For example, location, type, etc.

People – Custom Fields — 🎥 (23:10)

Organize and filter your attendee list with custom fields. Plus, you can implement custom fields to gather information about your attendees. For example, questions for ice breakers or inquire about dietary restrictions.
