As we wrapped up 2024, Event Cadence came together for our annual virtual Holiday Party — a cherished tradition where our global team pauses to celebrate achievements, share joy, and look ahead to the future. Held virtually on December 19, the event united our diverse family across time zones for a heartfelt moment of reflection, fun, and a celebration of the collaborative spirit that drives us forward.

Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Teamwork and Triumph

The celebration kicked off with the leadership team highlighting some of 2024’s biggest milestones. Despite a fast-moving industry and the challenges that came with it, our team rose to the occasion, delivering innovative event technology solutions and building stronger partnerships. Every success was a direct result of collaboration, creativity, and perseverance. This holiday gathering gave us the perfect opportunity to recognize and applaud the dedication of our entire team — the driving force behind everything we accomplish.

Balancing Work and Play: Games, Laughter, and a Culture of Connection

At Event Cadence, we believe that teamwork, creativity, and fun are the foundation of success — and this year’s holiday celebration perfectly reflected that spirit. Our Director of Marketing, Hailey, led a series of interactive games that brought our values to life, starting with a festive icebreaker round where team members answered quirky holiday questions, like,

“What’s your favorite Christmas tradition?”

or

“If you could live in a Christmas movie, which one would you choose?”

The playful questions sparked plenty of laughter, helping us strengthen personal connections and reinforcing the friendly, welcoming culture we’ve built together.

Next came the highlight of the event: a fast-paced virtual scavenger hunt! Randomly divided into teams, we raced to find a wild assortment of items, including:

• Stuffed Animal
• Christmas Decorations
• & More!

The first team to submit a group photo with all the objects claimed victory — and a gift card of their choosing! But the real win was the teamwork, camaraderie, and sheer joy that defined every moment. The game embodied the collaborative, goal-oriented mindset that drives our success as a company: working together, combining strengths, and having fun along the way.
