2025 Product Update Round-Up

2025 was about expanding Event Cadence from a platform that powers your biggest events into one that supports the full engagement lifecycle, including all the touchpoints in between. We focused on the features you rely on most: Appointments, Schedule, Customers, and Reporting & Analytics, while evolving Ensemble into the hub that connects every interaction along the way.

Ensemble, Your Hub for Full-Lifecycle Engagement 

Ensemble continued to take center stage in 2025, with enhancements designed to make engagement planning clearer, more flexible, and fully connected to your appointments and events.

  • Full-screen details view for richer context and faster decision-making. 
  • Optional date and time support for draft engagements, ideal for iterative planning. 
  • Meeting status indicators (Draft, Active, Occurred, Cancelled) to track lifecycle at a glance. 
  • Scheduler role and admin permissions to support scale and governance. 
  • Conflict checking with Appointments: Ensemble now integrates with appointment conflict logic, flagging overlaps for customers and internal attendees where applicable. 
  • New dashboard views and visual customizations to support more actionable insights from Ensemble data.

Appointments Upgrades for Smoother Planning

Appointments remained one of the most active areas of investment, aimed at reducing friction for schedulers and increasing visibility for teams and customers.

  • Full attendee appointment calendar view showing all appointments, single-day or multi-day, in one place. 
  • Multi-customer voting improvements with simpler coordination and easier sharing. 
  • Room capacity accuracy upgrades reflecting true in-person headcount. 
  • Appointments analytics toggle and customizable date ranges to spot patterns and activity quickly. 
  • Multi-column calendar and schedule views to improve visibility across people and teams.

Customers and Leads Improvements for Stronger Relationship Visibility 

We improved the core customer and lead foundation so teams can better segment, prioritize, and connect engagement data across events and meetings.  

KEY ENHANCEMENTS

  • Customer lists enhancements with objectives, topics, custom fields, and bulk actions. 
  • Customer lists in app, enabling mobile-first teams to manage and act on customer data on the go with desktop-level functionality. 
  • Fullscreen customer profile as the default view, plus internal lead ownership fields. 
  • Customer Portal (optional by account), giving customers a dedicated web page with magic link access to view all upcoming appointments for an event and update their invite response. 
  • Customer Engagements Dashboards for cross-event, account-level visibility. 
  • Lead scanning upgrades that intelligently match scans to customer profiles and engagement history.

Analytics and Reporting, Clearer Insights without Extra Work 

We gave our analytics experience a modern look and feel, making it easier for teams to see engagement impact more clearly and share results more effectively.

  • Enhanced email deliverability reports that support privacy while improving auditability and confidence.

Travel and Integrations for More Connected Planning 

In 2025, we also delivered travel enhancements developed in partnership with specific customer needs. These updates help align flight and hotel logistics with event schedules, giving teams a more connected planning experience when travel is part of the engagement strategy.

  • Cvent travel integration to better connect flight and hotel details to attendee planning. 
  • Custom instruction text so travel coordinators can share event-specific guidance directly with attendees.

For programs where travel coordination is critical, these improvements reduce manual tracking and keep attendees informed, while ensuring logistics stay aligned with the overall event plan. 

Registration and Event Ops, Better Attendee Experiences at Scale 

To support higher-volume events, we refined registration and onsite tools for smoother execution. 

KEY ENHANCEMENTS

  • Guest registration, with admin controls and attendee communications support. 
  • Waitlist management, including auto-promotion and new email templates. 
  • QR check-in and self check-in to reduce onsite bottlenecks. 
  • Consolidated attendee reports for cleaner exports and wrap-ups. 
  • Admin editing for registration form responses, enabling quick corrections and cleaner data management.

Life Sciences 

In Life Sciences, 2025 updates prioritized scale, compliance-friendly visibility, and long-term KOL engagement tracking. Ensemble and Appointments improvements make it easier to coordinate multi-stakeholder congress schedules, avoid conflicts, and maintain a complete view of KOL interactions. Expanded analytics and enhanced email deliverability reporting support confident execution and clearer measurement. 

Enterprise Organizations 

For enterprise teams, the focus was operational efficiency. Bulk attendee actions, registration improvements, and streamlined onsite flows reduce friction for large internal meetings, association events, and multi-track programs, while giving planners more control without extra lift.
